We know that rating can sometimes feel like a chore, but it's vital for the social impact we’re creating together. Here’s a handy reference to help you manage your ratings effortlessly!

What Happens When You Rate?

1. Did it Happen?

Yes: If the volunteering or donation happened, you can rate the experience from 1 to 5 stars. 1 star means it wasn't great, and 5 stars mean it was fantastic!

No: If it didn't happen, choose from a few reasons why.

2. Your Rating Matters!

1 or 2 Stars/ No show volunteering or donation for Public Users: We notify them via email to educate them on the importance of quality experiences. Whether they were unresponsive, didn't show up, or failed to deliver, we want to ensure better experiences for our Causes.

1 or 2 Stars/ No show volunteering or donation for Corporate Employees: Their names are escalated to their CSI Team or Management. It’s a signal that they’re not representing their brand well, which affects the quality of social impact their company wants to create.

4 or 5 Stars: These individuals are considered for recognition programs, awards, incentives, and competitions. High ratings help us highlight and reward those who add significant value to your Cause.

Remember:

Rate Only After Completion: Only rate once the activity is complete or if it’s been over 14 days since you last heard from the volunteer/donor.
Thank you for helping us create a better experience for everyone involved!
