The Non-Profit sector faces incredible challenges, inequality, unemployment, and a lack of access to basic services such as healthcare and education. The good news for Causes is that there is a new era of purpose driven companies that are emerging as employees demand action against these inequalities.
The main benefit of employee volunteering, is that it allows companies to connect with and positively impact the communities they operate in. In 2022, three quarters of companies that were surveyed (75%) said that giving back was the “right thing to do”. Given this understanding, Causes can align themselves to various observation days so that they connect better with the volunteers.
