Help Ya Bana Village for the children by Donating Food Hampers for families in desperate need in our outreach program.
Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
Ya Bana Village also have an outreach program to 15 families in need in our community of Winterveld. These families are visited monthly by our social auxiliary worker. Visiting our families empty handed is the most difficult task to perform. This donation is as easy as ordering a hamper online - copy and paste URL ( https://www.snippetshampers.co.za/product/grocery-hamper-option-2/?v=68caa8201064 ) and have it delivered to Naomi Brink (assistant to the Ya Bana Village CEO and Manager) at 534 Amy street Moreletapark. Your R150-00 grocery hamper is a special gift that will ease the burden of hunger and poverty for our families in desperate need. It would be great if we could collect 90 hampers for the first 6 months of 2019, or get pledges for 15 hampers per month for 2019
Helpful tips
Stay safe
- 1. Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.
- 2. When meeting one of your contacts offline for the first time, always be sure to arrange to meet in a public place.
- 3. Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
- 4. Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
- 5. If you feel unsafe, consult the person in charge and let him or her know.
- 6. Avoid wearing expensive jewellery: it could get damaged, lost or stolen.
- 7. Ask, ask, ask! If you’re worried about something or concerned about your safety in a certain situation, ask the person in charge.
