Help The South Africanist with 1000 volunteers for Sharing campaign on Social Media Platforms

Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

Share this campaign on your Social Media Platforms https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=634423240756908 The “67 shades of HOPE” campaign, aims to take the conversation about GBV and women’s rights into homes of all South Africanists. We believe that home is the frontline of change and that’s where impact starts. We have partnered with female artists who will express this theme by creating unique art pieces. These will be printed to produce 67-piece puzzles which will serve as conversation starters in the home. A portion of the proceeds from the puzzle sales will be used to support these female artists and donated to NPO’s focused on women development. Share with your networks so we can make the greatest impact. Email info@thesouthafricanist.com for more details on how to get the puzzles.

Helpful tips

Stay safe

  1. 1Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.
  2. 2When meeting one of your contacts offline for the first time, always be sure to arrange to meet in a public place.
  3. 3Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
  4. 4Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
  5. 5If you feel unsafe, consult the person in charge and let him or her know.
  6. 6Avoid wearing expensive jewellery: it could get damaged, lost or stolen.
  7. 7Ask, ask, ask! If you’re worried about something or concerned about your safety in a certain situation, ask the person in charge.
