As Siyakwazi embarks on opportunities of scale and expansion we wish to review and update our organisational strategy. We are seeking the support of someone with experience in organisational development and strategic planning that can guide us through a process of developing an updated organisational strategy which takes into account the following: - Understanding the potential for scaling Siyakwazi’s work - Building organisational strategies which address sustainable growth - Support for leadership development - Support with succession planning as part of the strategic goals and development We would like the volunteer to assist in the following whilst being mindful of the context and nature of the work we do, ensuring that we remain aligned with our core values.
