The Gauteng Branch of the National Epilepsy of South Africa is dedicated to rendering a holistic service to people with epilepsy and other disabilities. The aim of the organization is to ensure that people develop to their full potential through Dedicated Residential Care and Protective Workshops. There are Three Main categories of CARE at Epilepsy South Africa (Gauteng Branch) Residential Care, Protective Workshops and Social/ Community Development. We have 179 residents in care and 160 in protective workshops. Our Frail care Centre, Residential Care, caters to the needs of the frail beneficiaries who need 24-hour nursing care. It offers a stimulation-based program, current beneficiaries 71 Services include: • Therapy • Exercises • Individual Counselling • Support group • Medical health Care • Psycho-social services • Life skill • Stimulation programs Outcome: Specialised, safe healthy residential services. Thus, our need for Wheelchair friendly exercises, persons with disability exercise, which will be short to cater to their needs and abilities. Your help would be greatly appreciated
