Offer description

- To do Early intervention and Prevention to Primary School Learners. - To do life skills so they become aware of crime elements that may lead them to wrong doings. - To raise awareness on Child Abuse, Bullying, Domestic Violence/GBV, Teenage Pregnancy, Substance Abuse and Human Trafficking - To do Case Work, Group/Family Work and Community Work (three levels of intervention).

Individual's background

I have a four-year Bachelor of Social Work degree from UNISA. I got eight years of experience as a social worker. Skills include for years I mentioned afore, I have been working in schools, with primary and secondary schools, doing Life Skills Information Sessions in Social Crime Prevention. Reason to want to give back as a volunteer, I want to alleviate crime by changing the attitudes and behaviors of children in schools / communities.
