To enhance internal organizational capacity to maintain a strong and effective set of mental health care initiatives that create value for all stakeholders o We need to ensure that our staff are continually upskilled and also have access to the kinds of digital tools they need to document and provide reliable services. We urgently need laptops and licenses for software, IT support. o We need basic training in the use of Excel and MS Word. o We need a reliable and fast internet connection that will make sure we can participate in webinars and on-line conferences to promote our work and offer our services to our community of beneficiaries.
