Unemployment is the worst pandemic that is facing South Africa. there are number of reasons for unemployment. these include recessions, lack of skill development, technological improvements and job outsourcing. Our foundation focus on skill development in agriculture. this skill programmes will enable the beneficiaries to be self-reliant. Most of beneficiaries have access to land but they don’t have the skill to be able to utilize that land. The people in our area do substance farming, so this skill programme will help the beneficiaries to do commercial farming. After completion of the skill programme, they will be able to farm on their own and become entrepreneurs and be able to create jobs in their respective villages. During the skills programme the output of the 60% produce will be sold to retail markets to enable the foundation to sustain and 40% will be donated to schools, orphanages, old age centres and indigent around our area.
