Our community has a high and increasing number of illiteracy, unemployment and unhealthy lifestyle so as a result our organization was established. Being in education since 2004, our Chairperson as the centre manager of an ABET centre he became worried that all students who completed ABET level 4 had nothing do, so we first introduced skills in our ABET centre, cooking and sewing. We still had a problem that they are unemployed and could not even afford buying those few ingredients and fabrics to carry on with skills. So our organization use Career Guidances to kick off the relay where we use database to get people from the community adding to the centre's database and invite along stakeholders who help with training them and sometimes go as far as funding their cooperatives. Our organization provide skills and mentorship that they use for their cooperatives as our stakeholders focus on Business management.
