Childline Free State

Childline was founded by a group of volunteers who identified a sincere need for welfare services among poor people. Since then the organisation has been addressing the needs of families and children in the Bloemfontein community. A lot has been achieved in our organization’s 107 years and Childline Free State has been responsible for the establishment of many upliftment programmes in the community. Childline Free State has taken a leading role in the welfare field in Bloemfontein and is a well-known and respected organisation with a healthy reputation. The main focus of the organisation is the protection of children. Protection against any form of abuse. Since child abuse is such a reality in our society, it is essential that victims of abuse be assisted in the best possible way, to help them through the trauma process.
