Access Chapter 2

A world where women and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) people in their diversity have equal access to services and human rights. Access Chapter 2 (AC2) works to protect and promote the human rights of LGBTQI people, women and girls in South Africa. The organisation seeks to uphold South Africa's bill of rights, found in Chapter 2 of the country's Constitution, which guarantees civil, political and socio-economic rights for all. In 2022 AC2 reached and served over 20 000 LGBTI people with services across the departments of the organisation. AC2 continues to grow as a lead organisation and continues to champion challenges affecting the community in holding Government and stakeholders accountable.
