Support Cape Mental Health's Dignity Drive for Girls & Women. The rights of girls and women are compromised when they have to change their daily routines, face stigma and discrimination in their communities, schools, and workplaces, and be at risk of poor sexual and reproductive health outcomes simply because they can’t manage menstruation with dignity.
