Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

The mentorship aspect of the Bursary Program Each student is allocated a Mentor, Mentors can be allocated more than one student if they wish. The Mentor is supposed to stay with the student for the duration of their studies and afterwards, if possible when they venture into the working world. A mentor is meant to be there for the student, and fulfil both a Mentoring and Coaching role Mentors are trained to use The GROW model which helps them to organize their coaching and mentoring process in a flow that identifies the goal first and ends with putting a plan together. Mentors are not expected to be specialists in the fields of study of the students, but recommended. There will be proper training for the T & C
