The funds to set up the new soup kitchen will be used on the following: Gas stove for cooking Metal tables for food preparation Catering pots, cutting boards, knives, utensils, and other tools for preparing and serving food Large bowls for washing vegetables and dishes Cleaning supplies, wash cloths, dish cloths Bins for recyclables, trash, composting, and other type of food scraps. Fire extinguishers Training for our kitchen staff including First Aid and Fire & Safety training.
