Arcadia was established in 1903 and has been caring for Jewish children for well over 100 years. Most of the children who live at Arcadia are placed there for their own protection, either by order of the Children’s Court or through private placements. They reside in a brand new, modern facility where full-time and well-trained child-care workers supervise and care for the children by day and night. Medical care, education, counseling, play, and homework supervision are all provided, and every effort is made to assist Arcadia’s children to achieve their full potential.
