Hospice Rustenburg has been serving the community of the Greater Rustenburg and Bojanala District since 1997. Our Holistic Palliative Patient Care team are mobilized into the communities assisting patients and their families. Our team consists of Professional Nurses, Social Worker and Community Care workers. There are various Home Based Care (HBC) teams in both the rural and urban areas in the Bojanala District. Our Patients are charged a once off R250 admin fee. We also have various sustainable projects which ensure that we are able to carry out the much needed services to our patients and their families. Some of the sustainability projects are our 2 second hand charity shops, the rags project, mobile sales points, etc. The Social Worker also heads up 4 Support Groups. These groups are for Young and Adolescent Girls, Gender Based Violence, a Vegetable garden group and a Sewing and Beading group. Please visit our facebook or website for further information www ...
