Help Cotlands raise R47,000 for an accreditated training course for an ECD practitioner

Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

Being leaders in the ECD space and engaging with communities quite regularly around the country, we noticed that the ECD practitioners were either under qualified or not at all. After numerous discussions we realized that the reason that the practitioners did not pursue further studies was due to the lack of access and cost. This is where Cotlands decided the only way to solve this problem was to create a course geared towards giving our practitioners the opportunity to get a formal qualification which was both cost effective and accessible and this is how our Ignite programme was developed. Our content was based around the QCTO internal curriculum (CODE 234201000) and other partners. Our blended approach to learning has allowed youth (school leavers/ECD practitioners mostly women to gain access to a qualification. We give them the content and mentor to guide them through the journey. We also give them a tablet and access to data to ensure they have no stumbling blocks to succeed.
