Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
Meet Athabongile who used the skills he gained at Afrika Tikkun to start his own garden in a nearby backyard in the community. He has now started a business and sells some of his produce to people in the community of Mfuleni. Athabongile managed to occupy an even bigger space at a local school to accommodate his growing crops and successful business, he is now in need of basic equipment such as rakes, spades and a wheelbarrow.
