Empowering Unemployed Youth in Tembisa with Future-Ready Skills Our mission is to transform the lives of unemployed youth in Tembisa by equipping them with critical 21st-century skills in Coding, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence. Through targeted training programs, we aim to unlock opportunities for personal development, economic empowerment, and long-term career growth in the rapidly evolving digital economy. We establish FutureTech Training Hubs within the community—spaces where young adults (ages 17–30) receive hands-on, industry-relevant education guided by expert facilitators. Our curriculum is rooted in practical application and includes project-based learning, real-world problem solving, and digital entrepreneurship development. This initiative goes beyond education. It creates pathways for income generation, self-employment, and local tech-based job creation. By bridging the digital divide and nurturing innovation, we empower youth to not only participate in the digital future—but to lead it. We seek strategic funding partners who are passionate about youth development, digital equity, and scalable impact. Together, we can uplift a generation, one line of code at a time.
