We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented volunteer to help us collect valuable data in the community about the impact of two key initiatives: the Backyard Farmers Smart Eco-Parks Program and the Community Greening Program. About the Programs: Smart Eco-Parks Program: This initiative focuses on creating sustainable, eco-friendly spaces that promote environmental awareness, community engagement, and urban agriculture. Community Greening Program: This program aims to enhance green spaces in urban areas, encouraging community participation in gardening, tree planting, and environmental conservation. Role of the Volunteer: As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in gathering insights from community members about how these programs have impacted their lives, the environment, and the community as a whole. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting surveys or interviews with community members. Collecting qualitative and quantitative data on program outcomes. Engaging with participants to understand their experiences and feedback. Compiling and organizing data for analysis. Who We’re Looking For: Someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A person who is comfortable engaging with diverse community members. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to accurately record and manage data. Passionate about community development, environmental sustainability, or urban agriculture. Previous experience in data collection, surveys, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
