Living Through Learning (LTL), a SA NGO, seeks a Cape Town Facilitator. LTL, with 35+ years, boosts literacy in township schools. The role entails on-site, full-time educator training & learner support, enhancing literacy via practical methods. Duties: Reading Adventure Room (RAR) management, progress monitoring, interventions, holiday programs, reports, assessments, training, & event support. Facilitators must master LTL methods, manage relationships, inspire participation, maintain objectivity, read class dynamics, & guide group progress. Req: ed. qualification (current/completed), Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills, teaching/facilitation experience, refs, transport, 18+ yrs, laptop with internet.
