CHOC is made up of caring, committed and passionate people who stand up for and support the well-being of children and teenagers diagnosed with cancer or life threatening blood disorders and their families. Our vision is to keep more than hope alive for the children and their families. This is done through a number of initiatives that make the cancer journey a little easier for the families. 1. Provision of Accommodation CHOC has 13 accommodation facilities throughout the country where children and their parent/caregiver can find comfort in knowing that they have a safe place to sleep, are able to attend treatment sessions and have access to nutritious meals. 2. Transport funds Families are issued with transport funds to ensure that they are able to bring their child to treatment and follow-up visits at the paediatric oncology units. 3.
