Lupembelwasenga is a village located in Lyamgungwe ward. It is the biggest village in Lyamgungwa ward which is disadvantaged because of lack of a secondary school. Children have to walk a long distance to reach Ismila Secondary school which is far from Lupembelwasenga Village. This causes risk behavious to the children especially girls from Lupembelwasenga going to school in the morning and going back home in the evening.
