One Million Leaders Africa

Our mission is to equip young Africans with the skills and support needed to drive positive change in their communities. We believe that by empowering young Africans and raising them to be leaders, the next generation can have leaders who can accurately grasp the current problems and take on the challenge of innovation from the bottom up with a sustainability perspective and imagination. Imagine a million of these young leaders all over Africa, making a positive difference in the challenges faced by their communities. Isn't it exciting just to imagine such a future? Our One Million Leaders Africa project is the beginning of making this a reality and is already beginning to sprout. Since our inception in 2022, we have empowered 1992 young leaders from 40 African countries to execute 65 community-change projects.
