The Centre for Justice Mercy and Reconciliation, is a grassroot Non-Governmental Organization based in Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria with focusing on the inmates on death row and those in the awaiting trial section with dedication to listen to their complaints and seek redress for justice on behalf of the individual affected with the justice system in Nigeria without ethnicity, gender or religion. We specialize in the areas of Research, Investigation, Advocacy, Review of cases and analysis, Restorative Justice and Rehabilitation. We seek improvement in Criminal Justice System in Nigeria with Non-Judicial approach. This organization was founded in 1999 and established in 2009. We have successfully facilitated freedom of 22 people who were victim of wrongful conviction including the recent two people granted by the Ogun State Governor.
