The Character Company

The Character Company is a values-based organisation that offers a long-term activity-based mentorship programme for young boys with absent fathers or positive male role models. Other than the weekly and monthly programmes, holiday camps and “one-on-one” intervention we also focus on raising awareness. The challenge we face in our country is far bigger than the solution that we can offer so changing the mindset of people out there is a huge priority for us. The more awareness we create of the impact of absent fathers on our families and society, the more people will start paying attention and the more attention they pay, the more solutions we will have. A quote from Albert Einstein that I just love and live by says; “this world is not a dangerous place because of those people who do harm, it is dangerous because of those people that look at it and do nothing”.
