Life Choices

Life Choices is an innovative and impactful Non-Profit Organisation based in Cape Town, South Africa. Since 2005, we have impacted over 200 000 people with CHOICES, not charity. We promote YOUTH DIGNITY, not dependency. Life Choices believes that the human spirit is remarkably resilient – no matter who our parents are, where we live or what kind of connections, abilities and opportunities life may have offered us. Even in circumstances where the odds seem hopelessly stacked against us - there is endless potential waiting to be freed. We all have an inherent ability to shape our lives in ways that will bring us the meaning and success we long for. We work with youth from the Cape Flats communities in order to bring about healing, upliftment and youth empowerment. Cape Flats communities include some of the poorest communities in South Africa, with high rates of gang-related crime, HIV prevalence, substance abuse, school dropouts, and teenage pregnancies.
