Breath of Life

Breath of Life is an initiative of the Restore Trust, a public benefit organisation started in 2009. Breath of Life's focus is primarily on the support of women dealing with crisis pregnancies, as well as providing immediate refuge for babies that have been abandoned, needing temporary safe care due to abuse and neglect or placed for adoption. We assist women with unplanned pregnancies and related issues by providing hope, information, support and a number of other free services, thereby empowering them to make good life choices. To date, over 24 800 women have been counseled through a crisis pregnancy. We currently have 3 counselors who offer crisis pregnancy counseling in 4 termination centres as well as local schools and on site in Selborne. The Breath of Life Place of Safety is situated at 2 Dawson Road, Selborne and currently has a capacity for 6 to 10 babies.
