Olympus’s vision & mission:

Olympus aligns itself with the University’s goal to produce well-rounded students, to enable our members to be their optimal selves. We use our values as our guide to ensure members learn to be independent and well versed in the cultural diversity in our country, as well as on campus.

What are we currently doing?

Term 1 will have an animal welfare outreach. Term 2 will have a beach-clean up in collaboration with the Sustainability portfolio, informational talk with MGD at house meeting, collaborate with sustainability portfolio for Earth Week. Term 3 will have a Mandela day activity, sanitary pad drive, and fundraising event for an organization in Stellenbosch. Term 4 will have donations from students (items that they no longer use).

What else can you do?

Community service has been an integral part of Stellenbosch University (SUN) for decades albeit in different forms and with shifting emphasis. This platform allows you to make social impact within the university's (7) CSI themes. Click on the links on the themes below to get involved in volunteering and donating opportunities of your choice.
