INTRODUCING THE CARLING BLACK LABEL CLASS OF ITS OWN.
For many decades Carling Black Label has been proud to motivate and reward the Champion Men of South Africa with Africa’s most award-winning beer. We believe that Champion Men lead to a better society for everyone. Men that are driven to work hard, that believe in themselves, men with Gold Inside. However, these Champions don’t always have the skills to express their will.
We want to acknowledge these men and all those who take charge of their destinies no matter what life throws at them. One way of doing this is through education, learning new skills so you can become the Champion you have inside. There are more than 9 million men over the age of 20 in South Africa that don’t have a Matric and with this in mind, we created a new way for Carling Black Label to show support. We are partnering with College SA, an outstanding adult distance learning organisation, to put 32 South African men of different ages, from all over South Africa, from different walks of life, through Matric.

ABOUT COLLEGE SA
College SA facilitates distance learning with over 200 courses on offer. The courses are specifically designed to provide high-quality learning for people over the age of 21. They have more than 13 years of experience and have partnered with Carling Black Label to prepare the Class of its Own to get their Matric, or an Amended Senior Certificate.
A Matric Certificate is seen by many employers and tertiary institutes as a basic requirement. So getting a matric certificate not only opens job opportunities that were previously out of reach, but also allows them to further their education and take control of their future.
