Smiles of Hope is a registered NGO dedicated to transforming the lives of amputees across Ghana through emotional rehabilitation, psychosocial support, and economic empowerment. Since our inception, we have impacted over 1000 amputees and caregivers nationwide. Our mission is to promote rehabilitation, reintegration, and active community participation, helping amputees rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence. We work closely with key hospitals and rehabilitation centers. Key Services: Amputee Support Groups: Established in five communities in Accra, these groups provide amputees with valuable education and guidance from experts in fields like psychology, prosthetics, mental health, and physiotherapy. Hospital and Home Visits: Our team extends emotional support and counseling to amputees in their homes or hospitals, ensuring care during critical recovery stages.
