Siyabulela was jobless for two months before he heard of the job excellence course. He completed the course and left his CV at the office of New Breed Empowerment. After a few weeks he got called in for an interview by one of New Breed Empowerment's collaborative employers. Siyabulela is to this day still employed by that same employer.
