I Matter is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) by providing safe spaces, counseling, and holistic empowerment programs. Our GBV Support Group has been an integral part of our work, offering emotional and psychological support to survivors, helping them rebuild their lives. Our beneficiaries are vulnerable women and children. We run weekly programs for: 1. Children aged 9-13 on Tuesdays and 2. Youth aged 14 - 19 on Wednesdays As you are aware, the devastating impact of GBV extends far beyond the immediate victim, affecting children who witness or experience violence in profound ways. These young individuals often face emotional, psychological, and social challenges that, if left unaddressed, can affect their future well-being.
