Hoedspruit Animal Outreach (HALO)

HALO is committed to uplift the lives of domestic animals in rural communities that lack all veterinary facilities. By free veterinary care our dedicated HALO volunteers visit the communities every month and provide free health checks, vaccinations against rabies, parvo and distemper, sign up dogs for sterilisation and give free emergency treatment to sick and injured dogs. Surrendered dogs are rehomed when possible. We provide education to children and adults on animal kindness.
