Our most significant ECD impact is through equipping teachers to give preschoolers the foundation necessary for success at school and in life. Chic Mamas sponsors teachers to abtain their National diploma in ECD. This 3 year course is run by Caversham Education Institute and equips and empowers teachers to transform their preschoolers lives. Our R1800/yr sponsorship comes through the resale of quality preloved clothing so we are always delighted to receive donations through the Forgood platform. In 2023 we received a contribution from Vinchenzo S which assisted with the registration fee for a delighted teacher, Sonto Mchunu who starts her Diploma journey this year. We look forward to her personal transformation and the impact she's going to have on the pupils at Sphethamandla Preschool in Clermont.
