Join us in celebrating World Book Day 2025 and help promote the joy of reading! As book lovers, we know how powerful and transformative books can be, and we want to share that with everyone.
At forgood, we're dedicated to supporting reading and literacy initiatives in South Africa & beyond. We would love for you to get involved this year and respond to our Causes needs.
Here's how you can get involved:
- Volunteer: Our Causes are looking for volunteers who are passionate about reading to help us with our various initiatives. Whether it's joining book drives, reading to kids, helping with organizing or volunteering at fundraising events, we need your support.
- Donate: Your donation can make a significant difference in our Causes' lives; donate books to our Causes. Every bit helps, so consider contributing today.
- Spread the word: Help us raise awareness about the importance of reading and literacy. Share the message on social media, tell your friends and family about our platform, and encourage them to get involved.
Together, we can make a difference in promoting literacy and helping people discover the joy of reading.

Help Homework Enrichment Lifeskills Progamme HELP by we need A4 soft covered books with lines for Grades 2 and 3.
Help Kids Haven raise R5,000 for school books.
Help Trendsetters Youth Foundation by Staionery books for Primary learners.
Help Love Trust by donating R32,000 for workbooks for vulnerable children from Grade 000 to 8.
Help Sport, Arts, Academics and Humanities Learning Centre by donating Educational tablets for Learners to be able to read digital books & workbooks.
Help Book Village NPC by donating children's books for underprivileged learners to read & find joy in stories.
Help Book Village NPC with 100 volunteers for assisting children in learning to read on our app.
Help Book Village NPC raise R160,000 for supporting 100 children learn to read online for a year.
Help Phakamani Young Minds Academy by donating reading books for learners in our afterschool programme.
Help Africa Food for Thought by donating interesting books for children of all ages.
Help Mikhulu Trust with 5 volunteers for the illustration of wordless picture books.
